I received my real estate license in California in 2003. In 2007 I received my broker’s license and opened up my own Brokerage, Willow Tree Realty, in July of 2008. I specialized in real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers, as well as property management, helping renters and owners. I was the 29 Palms MLS Caravan Chair for 6 years and also served on our local Board of Realtors for 2 years. I was the 2008 Realtor of the Year for my association as well.
In 2012 I opened up Willow Tree Studios, which was a dance studio in 29 Palms, CA providing jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical/modern, contemporary, gymnastics/tumbling, strength and conditioning, cheer, creative movement, and piano lessons as well. Dancing has always been a passion of mine, and I was very excited to be able to share this with other children and adults alike.
I spent 2 years as the Twentynine Palms High School Cheer Coach as well as four years as Girl Scout Troop 742 Leader.
My family and I moved from Southern California, up to Lake Stevens, Washington, in 2014. I continued my real estate career as a Managing Broker at Keller Williams Realty Marysville until March of 2016 working as the assistant to the Designated Broker. I reviewed all files for compliance, created systems to help with productivity and efficiency, tracked numbers on extensive excel spreadsheets, set up and tracked P&L statements, created marketing materials and planned weekly meetings and agendas. I also assisted both buyers and sellers with sales, including listing sales, showing homes, and handling all of the transactional paperwork that goes along with a purchase and sale.
In March of 2016, I decided to open up my own firm, Willow Tree Realty LLC to continue to help both buyers and sellers, as well as other brokers as a transaction coordinator.
